The mandate of the Cloverdale Business Improvement Association (CBIA) formed in 1995 is to promote goods and services by Cloverdale businesses, and to increase market opportunities for the commercial district. In creating a pleasant, thriving business district, the CBIA’s objective is to build on Cloverdale’s intrinsic qualities and heritage, and to improve the area’s physical, social and economic well-being.
