The Downtown New Westminster Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a not-for-profit society whose mandate is to assist in the revitalization, development, marketing and promotion of the Downtown. The Downtown New Westminster Business Improvement Area (BIA) represents the interests of over 150 property owners and the 500 businesses located from the waterfront up to Royal Avenue, and from the Patullo Bridge to 10th Street.
