As a non-profit organization established in 1992, the Downtown Vernon Association represents 550+ businesses in a 46-block Business Improvement Area. Funded primarily through a municipal tax levy, the DVA provides enhanced benefits and programs to property and business owners through placemaking and marketing programs as well as economic, social, and political advocacy.
