Established in April 2007, the South Hill Business Association encompasses 244 business tenants and commercial property owners along Fraser Street between 41st and 50th Avenues. Representing owners and tenants, the South Hill Business Association (SHBA) is a not-for-profit organization established to develop, encourage and promote business and to enhance the environment for people and business.
